West Seattle Blog… | WEST SEATTLE CRIME WATCH: Santa Cruz bike stolen; (added) car search after call for help

1:39 p.m.: Rock sent the photo and the report:

My bike was stolen near Bonair and Sunset on May 6 around 5:00 p.m. The suspect was walking with a can of gas to his car, but after seeing my bike, he dropped the can, grabbed my bike and headed downhill. I called the cops and mentioned that the car he was walking towards had no license plate and had a broken passenger side window. An officer responded to the scene and confirmed that the Blue Hyundai Tucson had been stolen.

I am attaching a photo of my bike. It’s a black 2014 Santa Cruz Bronson.

If you find it, let us know and we’ll put you in touch. The SPD preliminary tracking number (awaiting official report number) is T22011584.

2:34 p.m.: Friend says the police are looking for this car after a call for help:

At 11:50 a.m. on Saturday, May 7, several people saw a young Caucasian woman with blond hair yell “HELP ME CALL 911” as she was forced into a vehicle by a short-haired young man. Razed at the end of Webster Street near Home Depot right next to the police compound. Everyone who witnessed it called 911 and they are looking for the vehicle now.

The plate starts with BYT7. Call 911 if you see him. It appears from Tweets by Beat that incident # is 22-114642.
